The story focuses on its protagonist: Hakan, a young Turkish merchant who soon realizes that he has a strange connection with an ancient and secret order in charge of protecting the city of Istanbul.
At first Hakan will refuse to accept his destiny, but then he will have to face reality, and will have to learn to use his powers that he gets from a mysterious talisman, in order to protect the city from some immortal mystics, as well as trying to solve a mystery from his past.
