The plot of this Turkish drama centers on Demir, a lonely man who grew up in an orphanage and has an aversion to children; and Oyku, an endearing and sympathetic 8-year-old girl who has grown up without knowing she has a father.
However, their lives will change when Oyku is abandoned by her aunt, so she will be forced to look for her father, who does not even know he has a daughter. At first Demir refuses to see her, but later he gives in. The encounter between the two will not be the best, however, as time goes by, they will love each other more and more.
Little Oyku suffers from an illness that makes her forgetful, so Demir will do everything in his power to help her and make her happy. At the same time, the young man will fall in love with a woman named Candan. In this way, a touching story that will not leave you indifferent will unfold.

The Turkish soap opera My Little Girl (Kızım) is a not very extensive series, which develops its entire story in a single season consisting of 34 episodes. However, contrary to what we are used to from most Western series, each episode of Kızım is 120 minutes long.
