The story of the TV drama Sweet Little Liars (Tatlı Küçük Yalancıla) places us together with Selin, Asli, Ebru, Hande and Acelya, a group of friends who live in the same neighborhood and attend the same school together.
One day, this gang of friends agrees to meet at night in the company to watch a movie at the house of one of them. However, nothing goes as planned because that same night Acelya disappears without a trace.
The disappearance of the girl shocks not only her family but also the neighbors of the town, including her group of friends, who, in her absence, are saddened to the point that they find it difficult to continue with their lives.
After a year has passed since this event, the girls of the now incomplete group begin to receive messages from a mysterious person who calls herself “A”, who threatens to reveal their darkest secrets, secrets that only Acelya knew.
Now, as they all receive messages from this mysterious person called “A”, they begin to suspect Acelya at first, however, their doubts are dispelled when they find her body buried in a garden.
Thus, the group of friends begins to investigate in order to discover the truth about everything that happens. But, while they do this, the boys have everyday problems to solve: Asli starts a relationship with a school teacher and Selin is attracted to his brother’s fiancée.

The series was really short. It counted only 13 episodes, which were released in a single season that was launched on July 6, 2015 to close the broadcast on October 3, 2015.
