Plot of the Firebirds (Ateş Kuşlari) TV series.
The story of the series Firebirds centers on a group of children called “The Firebirds”. The group consists of Ali, who is 13 years old; a girl named Gülaye; a boy who suffers from autism and a six-year-old little boy.
Now, as if the group of children did not have enough difficulties, they come across a 40-day-old baby abandoned in a garbage dump. At that moment, propitiated by the childish innocence, Ali and Gulayse are named father and mother of the baby, forming a family that will no longer be called the uprooted, but “Firebirds”.
Behind the abandonment of the baby, there is a series of stories and forbidden secrets. Years will pass, and children will grow up and become adults. Together, they will have overcome hunger, diseases, humiliation and, in short, the dangers of a life full of misery.
But sooner or later secrets are revealed, and when they come to light, they will test the love, the union and the strength of Firebirds.
