Biography of Barış Arduç
Barış Arduç was born in Switzerland on October 9, 1987. He comes from a family of Albanian immigrants, in fact, his father and mother are Albanian. Arduç has two brothers. At the age of 8, he and his family moved to Turkey.
Arduç finished school with good grades, so he started thinking about a career that would ensure him a good future. And because he liked sports, he chose to study to become a physical education teacher.
In 2005 he graduated from high school, and soon after he would win a scholarship that would allow him to go to study at the Sports Academy of Kayseri Erciyes University. However, in any case, even if he had not received the scholarship, Baris’s family had enough resources to give his children a decent education
However, Barış Arduç was dismissed from the university after the first year, so he was unable to complete that degree. Moreover, his expulsion from the university made him rethink his future.
Some time later, the young Baris would decide to enter a conservatory to learn acting.
Barış Arduç’s professional trajectory
In 2009 he graduated as an actor. And already in 2011 he would participate in his first play, this was “Küçük Hanımefendi”. In the same year he would also participate in two other series: Dinle Sevgili and Pis Yedili.
The following year she would participate in the novel Benim İçin Üzülme, known in english as Rivals of Blood.
In 2014 she would make her first foray into the big screen. This he did with the film Sedece Sen, where he played the character Emin.
In 2015 Baris Arduç would make the definitive leap to fame. This he did by starring in the famous romantic comedy “Love for rent”, where he gave life to the character Ömer İplikçi.
Already in 2019 he would consolidate himself as a top actor in the industry by starring in another market hit, titled: Kuzgun: The Raven; a gripping drama that stole all eyes when it was aired.
Barış Arduç’s personal life
He is married to actress Gupse Özay.
Beyond his remarkable acting ability, Baris has many other qualities, as is his talent for sports; he came to practice, soccer, swimming, diving, boxing and judo. In addition, he worked as a lifeguard for eight years at the Turkish Underwater Sports Federation.
Barış Arduç also has very good language skills. He speaks four languages: Turkish, English, Spanish and Albanian.
