Plot of the Turkish series Aziz
The story of this Turkish soap opera centers on Aziz, who is the heir of the Payidar family, which are the largest carpet manufacturers in the city of Anatolia. The Payidars are a wealthy and prosperous family like few others.
However, in the 1930’s, and in an awkward situation, Aziz will somehow be accused of being responsible for the death of a French soldier named Andre, who is the son of the French delegate Monsieur Pierre.
Because of what happened, young Aziz will be forced to flee and leave everything he knows, abandoning his father’s house and his beloved Dilruba. In his absence, the forces of law and order searched for him in heaven and earth, but to no avail. Alone and exiled, living as a foreigner, Aziz nourishes his soul with the hope of meeting his Dilruba again.
A long time passed, to the point that the incident was almost completely forgotten, which prompted the protagonist to return to his homeland. However, when he returned, Azsis had to face a hard truth: everyone has forgotten him and nothing is as before.
The French have taken control of the area, and Dilruba is betrothed to his cousin. Thus, young Aziz will have to start his life from scratch, but nothing will be easy.
