On the other hand, Sevgi asks Leyla to accompany her to Ayvalik, the beautiful coastal city of Turkey, in order to look for the man of her life, who is shrouded in mystery. So, to Ayvalik, not two, but the three friends set off together as usual, on a journey that will change their lives forever.

Basically, the novel offers a “metaphysical” explanation of diseases, of how they can have their origin in emotions, as well as in the karma that is dragged from generation to generation, and all this without leaving aside the romantic story that develops.
